Elemental Yardworks Inc. processes are modeled around our core values and mission:
We will work to provide a stress free process from initial meeting all the way through the completed product, engaging the client through every stage of the process. We will partner with our clients to integrate their ideas and lifestyle into a unique and suitable landscape environment.
1) Initial Meeting:
We meet with you at your home to introduce ourselves and become acquainted with one another. We will take time to understand your ideas, needs and dreams. At this time we also address an overview of material options to turn your dreams into a unique and personally suitable environment. As we grow a personal understanding for your needs and dreams we will discuss cost of the design. Timelines will also be discussed at this time. Upon agreement, we will take all necessary measurements of your property and home.
2) Concept and Design:
If a formal design blue print is requested - Our creative team will design a beautiful one of a kind piece of art that will assist you in visualizing the potential your property has. You will receive a birds-eye view of your future landscape. A relative plant and materials list will also be compiled.
3) Presentation and Timeline:
When our staff has completed the design and estimated costs, we will schedule a meeting at our office or at your home to walk you through all aspects of the design. At this time we will discuss any further ideas generated from viewing the design. Once finalized we will present a contract for signatures and discuss scheduling and timeline options.
4) Build:
On the day we arrive on site with our crews and materials, we will ask payment for a percentage of the project agreed upon at contract signing. A strict level of detail is maintained throughout the entire build process completing the transformation from the concept to realization of your new one of a kind environment. Changes or variations during construction can be implemented. A credit or cost increase will be agreed upon and confirmed in writing prior to implementation.
5) Walk Through and Maintenance:
Upon completion of your project, we will meet at your home and walk through the landscape, to ensure everything has been completed to the design specs and your satisfaction. We will discuss proper maintenance of all aspects of your landscape. We will also discuss the possibility of continued maintenance with Elemental to ensure your landscape remains beautiful for years to come. At this time the remaining balance owing for the project is paid.
