Elemental Yardworks Warranty Information
Plants
Elemental Yardworks Inc. guarantees trees, shrubs and perennials if purchased from us and installed by our crews for a period of 60 days from time of plant excluding sod and annuals. Elemental Yardworks Inc. may elect not to replace plant materials based upon a determination that plants have died as a result of extreme weather conditions, a lack of watering or the negligence of others. Each plant that we replace will only be replaced one time.
Landscaping, Woodworking & Concrete Brick Work
Elemental Yardworks Inc. guarantees workmanship on landscaping, woodworking and concrete products installed by our crews for a period of two (2) years, excluding discoloration of concrete products. Elemental Yardworks Inc. is not responsible for items damaged by erosion, sinking, animals or improper care.
Irrigation
Water systems Carry a one (1) year parts guarantee provided however that the Contractor’s sole responsibility shall be replacement or repair, and in no event shall Contractor be liable for incidental and/or consequential damages.
Water features & lights
Are tested upon project completion and the equipment is covered under direct warranty with the manufacturer (Customer is responsible for contacting the item supplier directly for resolution). Elemental Yardworks uses quality equipment that carries warranty but may vary depending on the supplier used for each project.
